On April 22nd, the launching ceremony of the "Anhui Province 8th Industrial Design Competition Ma'anshan Economic Development Zone Green Manufacturing Special Competition and the Yangtze River Delta Green Design and Green Manufacturing Summit Forum" hosted by the Ma'anshan Municipal People's Government was held in Ma'anshan City. Wang Youjun, a first level inspector of the Department of Economy and Information Technology of Anhui Province, Li Qiang, Deputy Mayor of Ma'anshan City, Ni Weiyuan, rotating chairman of the Yangtze River Delta Industrial Design Industry Alliance and president of the Shanghai Industrial Design Association, and other leading guests jointly launched the special competition.


This special competition has been approved by the Department of Economy and Information Technology of Anhui Province, and is jointly organized by the Economic and Information Bureau of Ma'anshan City, the Management Committee of Ma'anshan Economic and Technological Development Zone, the Ma'anshan Industrial Design Association, and the president unit of Ma'anshan Industrial Design Association, Anhui Weber New Energy Heating and Water Supply Equipment Co., Ltd. The special competition takes "green manufacturing" as the theme, "integration of design and manufacturing" as the breakthrough point, consumer demand as the center, accelerates the landing and transformation of industrial design results, serves the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry, and promotes the comprehensive improvement of green manufacturing level in Ma'anshan City. This special competition also specially invited 13 industry organizations from across the country, including the Yangtze River Delta Industrial Design Industry Alliance, as supporting units for the event.

During the launch ceremony, the first batch of member units of the Yangtze River Delta Industrial Design Industry Alliance in Anhui were awarded, and the China Manufacturing Beauty Organizing Committee signed a contract with the Ma'anshan Industrial Design Association and other related activities were held. Anhui Weber is the president unit of Ma'anshan Industrial Design Association, and Vice General Manager Xiao Junmin participated in the awarding and signing ceremony on behalf of the association.



After the signing ceremony, Wang Youjun, a first level inspector from the Department of Economy and Information Technology of Anhui Province, Wan Rui, Deputy Director of the Economic and Information Technology Bureau of Ma'anshan City, Qian Hongmei, Deputy Director of Ma'anshan Economic Development Zone, and other leaders came to Anhui Weber for inspection. General Manager Xie Dewei and Deputy General Manager Xiao Junmin accompanied the entire process.

As an association under the supervision of the Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology, the Ma'anshan Industrial Design Association, with Anhui Weber as the president unit, will closely focus on the theme of "Industrial Design Empowering High Quality Development of Ma'anshan Manufacturing Industry", fully play the role of staff, assistants, bridges, and links, and make due contributions to the high-quality development of Ma'anshan Manufacturing Industry.
